NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, OETBRMXN8 AND ORDER a« follows»
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from through
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 7915
through 7950 inclusive, in the total amount of $39,965 06
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved. Amended by adding General Warrant Number 7951
in the amount of $230.00 to Maureen Kennedy, EVIS. Amended Total $40,195.06.
