A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 73-108 RELATING TO
CERTAIN BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS
THE CZ3T COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That on January 30, 1973 the City Council did
approve Resolution No. 73-7 authorizing the
filing of Application Grant to Develop Open-
Space Land; and
b) That on April 16, 1973 a letter of confirmation
was received from United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development allocating the
amount of $45,223.00 to assist in the development
of projects as proposed; and
c) TOiat on June 6, 1973 the City Council did approve
Resolution No. 73-104, that authorized and
directed execution of Contract No. OS-CA-09-16-1039;
and that on June 14, 1973 the signed contract was
returned to the City by the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development.
SECTION 2. That to accommodate the foregoing expenditure
it is necessary to amend the 1972-73 Budget as hereinafter set
forth:

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy
thereof to the Director of Finance.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of July, 1973.
