HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973 128 CC RESO1973 128 CC RESO(ÌìùORESOLUTION NO. 73-128 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP TOE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITH REFERENCE TO CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 843 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby find and determine as follows; a) That on the 18th day of July, 1973, the City Council held an informal hearing on the appeal from the Planning Commission decision with reference to conditions of approval for Parcel Map No. 843. b) That said conditions of approval are listed in a letter from Edward A. Perry. Director of Public Works, to Progress Enterprises, Inc. A true and correct copy of said letter is attached hereto as Exhibit A". SECTION 2. That the decision of the Planning Commission with reference to the conditions of approval of Parcel Map No. 843, as contained in Exhibit A", be and hereby is affirmed except that condition 7 is hereby amended to read as follows: 7. That either a new two car garage shall be constructed to code requirements on Parcel No. 1 or the existing garage structure shall be moved onto Parcel No. 1, provided however that such relocation be accomplished prior to approval of the parcel map and that such relocation be completed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. This proposed parcel map has been reviewed and may be approved by the City Engineer and Planning Director when the following condi- tions have been met: 1. The parcel map original must be corrected as per the check print. 2. All street improvements on Cutler Avenue including curb, gutter, sidewalk, two drive approaches, pavement, two six inch sewer laterals from main line to property line, two water meters, two street trees and one underground street light on a steel pole are to be guaranteed by a cash deposit. 3. A sanitary sewer main line on Cutler Avenue is to be constructed or an amount of $6.00 per front foot to be deposited with the City to guarantee future construction. 4. All street improvements on Stewart Avenue including two drive approaches one is 20 feet wide for access easement) and one water meter are to be constructed. 5. A 30 foot dedication for Cutler Avenue will be required. Legal description shall be prepared by owner. 6. One public fire hydrant will be required on the Cutler Avenue frontage in accordance with the County of Los Angeles Fire Department specifications. Cost for this work shall be deposited with the Baldwin Park County Water District. 7. A new two car garage shall be constructed to code require- ments on parcel No- 1. 8. A minimum 20 foot paved access and recorded easement for ingress and egress to parcels No. 3 and No. 4 shall be provided from Stewart Avenue to the West lot lines of parcels No. 1 and No. 2. This width can be reduced to 16 feet on parcels No. 3 and No. 4. 9. Plans are to be submitted to the Planning Department showing compliance to Items 7, 8 and 9. 11. A drainage plan shall be submitted to the Engineering Division showing the existing and proposed surface elevations, floor elevations of proposed structures, and where all surface water will drain to. 12. A $5.00 recordation fee is required. 13. One brown line and two blue line copies of the recorded parcel map are to be obtained from the Los Angeles County Recorder and given to the Public Works Depart- ment. Sections 9300 through 9306 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code shall be complied with by the applicant.
