A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REQUESTING
PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Be It resolved that the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park does hereby authorize the office of
Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of
California to purchase supplies and equipment as needed for
and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park pursuant to
Section 14814, Government Code. and that James S. Mocalis.
City Manager, Is hereby authorized and directed to sign and
deliver all necessary requests and other documents In connec-
tion therewith for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and shall forward copies hereof
to the office of Procurement. Department of General Services
of the State of California.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August. 1973
