RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THh:
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DE-
TERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et sey. of t-.lu?
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have boon initiated
to determine whether certain premises, and buildings ami
structures thereon constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property located at 342J Big Dalton
Avenue more particularly described as follows: El
Monte Walnut Place lot on northwest line of Big Oalton
Avenue per CSB 345 commencing northeasterly thereon 91
feet from southwest line of Lot 60 thence northeast on
said northwest line 91 feet thence 48007' west 353.68 feet
thence south 41<>53' west 91 feet thence south 43007'
east to beginning part of Lot 60. 8460*2-8)
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 3203 et seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether the
buildings and structures on said property, in their present
state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing, it was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance; and that the public intoi;\ml
requires that the same be abated; and
e) That the staff report, relating Lo this
matter, is hereby approved and adopted by this rcsfuronc*.'.
SECTION 2. That the owners of said property, or oLhurs
having an interest therein, shall abate said nuisance in the
manner set forth in the staff report, as approved by this City
Council. If such abatement is not accomplished, as required
hereby, within 60 days from the date hereof, the City Manager
shall abate the same, as provided in Section 3208 et se*.i« of th^
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to i;^
adoption of the Resolution and cause copies hereof to DC* forwarded
as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
