A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PARKING-
RAMONA BOULEVARD & MAINE AVENUE"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following area is hereby designated as No
Parking", pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
1. That area between the first exit and entrance
driveway on the east side of Maine Avenue
north of Ramona Boulevard.
SECTION 2. That the following area is hereby designated as
Twenty Minute Parking", pursuant to Section 3369 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
1. That area commencing at the curb return on the
east side of Maine Avenue north of Ramona
Boulevard for a length of 3 parking stalls.
SECTION 3. That pursuant to Section 3369 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park is
directed to remove Twenty Minute Parking" from the following area:
1. That area in the southerly parking lot west
of Maine Avenue for a length of 3 parking
stalls.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street Super-
intendent.
