A RESOLUTION OP THE CITO COUNCIL OF THE
CITO OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DBHANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RBSOLVB, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows I
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Obvermnent Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
park for the period from 8-1-73 through P-l?-73
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the

constituting the claims and demands against the city of Baldwin Park,
