A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-135
RELATING TO TAX LEVIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in order to correct a clerical error,
subparagraphs d) and e) of Section 1. of Resolution No. 73-135,
are hereby amended to read as follows;
d) For fire protection and suppression
services, a tax is hereby levied
pursuant to Section 2167.1 of the
Revenue and Taxation Code of the
State of California: $0.7499
e) For library services, a tax is
hereby levied pursuant to Section
2167.1 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State of California: $0.2395"
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
