A RESOLUTION OP TOE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING
CERTAIN VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
STOP SIGNS WILLOW AVENUE AND ROOT
STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TOE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs at:
1. Willow Avenue and Root Street on
Willow Avenue.
2. Root Street and Cleary Drive on
Cleary Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby
directed and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs
and/or curb markings giving notice of the hereinabove described
vehicular traffic restrictions.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to
the Street Superintendent.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1973.
