A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
A CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY CASE
NO.CA73-6)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Planning Commission's
recommendation, Rug and Carpet Cleaning", being similar to
and compatible with, uses expressly permitted In zone C-2),
shall be deemed to be permitted uses In zone C-2).
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 1973.
