A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREE-
MENT WITH THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SALES
AND USE TAX.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City
of Baldwin Park, an agreement relating to the administration
of the City's Sales and Use Tax, in the form attached here-
to and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
