A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWM PARK ALLOWII9G CLAXNB AND
DEMANDS AGAINSt THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as followsx
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.
SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 10-1-73 through 10-15-73
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $53,021.02
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 8658
through 8745 inclusive, in the total amount of $733,640.54
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved*
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of
November______^ 19_73.
