A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REMOVING
CERTAIN VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS
LOADING ZONE-TRACY SCHOOL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following area is no lonqer designated
as Passenger Loading Zone" pursuant to Section 3301 b) of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
a. Area in front of Tracy School
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and Instructed to remove the appropriate signs and/or curb markings
that gave notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic restric-
tion.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street Super-
intendent.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November
1973.
