A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT
WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
CONCERNING ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
TOE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Pirk
does hereby notify the Board of Supervisors that it desires
to renew the Animal Control Services Agreement currently in
effect between the County of Los Angeles and the City of
Baldwin Park for a five-year period terminating on June 30,
1979, and requests the Board of Supervisors to consent to the
renewal of said Agreement subject to the terms and provisions
thereof and to authorize County departments to continue to
provide the services requested pursuant to the existing Animal
Control Services Agreement,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of December, 1973.
