A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING AN APPLICATION
MR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A
DOG KENNEL APPLICANTS: MR. & MRS. BYRON
HENDRICKS, LOCATION: 3914 DOWNING AVENUE
CASE NO. CP-195)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare, as follows:
a) That on the 29th day of November,
1973, the Plannlna Commission held a duly noticed
public hearing and approved an application for a
Conditional Use Permit, to operate a dog kennel
at 3914 Downing Avenue, In the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as:
Parcels No. 2 and 3, Page 2, Book 8554 of
the Los Angeles County Assessor's Book.
b) That the decision of the Planning
Commission was the subject of a duly filed appeal
to the City Council;
c) That the City Council held a duly
noticed public hearing on said appeal on January 2,
1974; and
d) That based upon the evidence presented
it was found that the facts required by Section
9473 of the Zoning Code were not present, and the
application should be denied.
SECTION 2. That the Conditional Use Permit application
as described above, be, and the same hereby is, denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward a copy thereof to
the Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the ap-
plicant
