A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS NO PARKING
IN FRONT OF 1661 PUENTE AVENUE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following area Is hereby designated as No
Parking", pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
West side of Puente Avenue between the two 2) drive
approaches at 1661 Puente Avenue.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed and
instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb markings
giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic restrictions.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street Superintendent
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March______.
