A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE VACA-
TION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF BRESEE
AVENUE 74-V-2)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941", the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park did, on the 6th
day of March, 1974, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 74-30, declaring
its intention to vacate a certain portion of Bresee Avenue in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown as Par-
cel A on Map 74-V-2.
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly published and notice
of street vacation duly posted, all in the form, place, time and manner re-
quired by law; and
WHEREAS, this City Council, at the hearing designated by said Reso-
lution of Intention, on the 3rd day of April, 1974, heard all of the evidence
offered in relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and ORDER, as follows:
SECTION 1. That said certain portion of Bresee Avenue, shown as
Parcel A on Map 74-V-2, not being needed for present or prospective public
street purposes, and therefore the same be and are hereby, vacated for public
street purposes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the
passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof, attested
by her under the seal of the City to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1974.
