NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council. Community
Redevelopment Agency and Housing and Financing Authority is hereby called to be held on
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2004, at 6:00 P.M. at Teen Center, 15010 Badillo Street, Meeting
Room A, Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting business in accordance with the
attached agenda.
NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSED

A. CITY COUNCIL SUPPORT FOR THE CREATION OF A CITY-WIDE NATURAL
HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN
Recommendation: Direct staff to prepare a Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazard
Mitigation Plan in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth in the Disaster
Mitigation Act of 2000 in conjunction with the Baldwin Park Unified School District;
and appoint two Councilmembers to the Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Committee.
