A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DESIGNATING A PORTION OF MORGAN
ALLEY AS A STREET WITHIN THE
MEANING OF SECTION 1805 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Morgan Alley between
Bogart Avenue and Maine Avenue be, and the same hereby is,
designated as a street within the meaning of Section 1805 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. That
said Morgan Alley is of a width of less than 40 feet, but not-
withstanding such a width, the public convenience and necessity
demand that the same be reconstructed and thereafter maintained
with the use of State gasoline tax monies.
SECTION 2.

That the City Clerk shall certify the
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1974.
