A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.(NO PARKING-
1765 PUENTE AVENUE AND BOULEVARD STOP SIGNS-
ATHOL STREET: FILHURST AVENUE AND VALLE VISTA
AVENUE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code the following area is hereby designated as No Parking".
1. Area in front of 1765 Puente Avenue Fountain
Blue Trailer Park.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park is
directed to install and maintain boulevard stop signs at:
1. Filhurst Avenue at Valle Vista Avenue.
2. Va11e Vista Avenue at Marian Avenue.
3. Valle Vista Avenue at Center Street.
4. Athol Street at Earl Avenue.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed and
instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb markings
giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic restrictions.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street Superintendent,
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April_______.
