A RESOLUTION OF THE BALDWIN PARK
CITY COUNCIL DENYING AN APPLICATION
FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO SELL
BEER, WINE, AND DAIRY PRODUCTS FROM
A SERVICE STATION LOCATED AT 13050
RAMONA BOULEVARD APPLICANT: DOUGLAS
OIL COMPANY; CASE NO. CP-200)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City oC
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That a duly noticed public hearing was he-id
by the City Council on May 1, 1974 on the application
of Douglas Oil Company for a conditional use permit
to sell wine, beer and dairy products at a service
station located at 13050 Ramona Boulevard in the City
of Baldwin Park; and
b) That the Planning Commission^ denial of
the said permit was appealed to the City Council.
SECTION 2. That the said permit is hereby denied
upon the express finding that the criteria of Section 9473
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code were not satisfied by
the applicant.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner required by law.
