A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING OFFICERS OF THE
CITY TO REPRESENT SAID CITY IN SMALL CLAIMS
MATTERS IN THE CITRUS MUNICIPAL COURT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Account Clerk, City Clerk, Enforcement
Officer, Finance Director and License Clerk of the City of
Baldwin Park, are hereby appointed to represent and appear for
said City in the lawful process of any and all claims filed in
the Small Claims Court of the Citrus Judicial District, and are
further authorized and empowered to accept service of process
issued by said court, for and on behalf of said City.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park,
shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, and forward
certified copies hereof to the Clerk of the Small Claims Court of
the Citrus Judicial District and to said appointees.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May 1974.
