A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION 75-120 RELATING TO CERTAIN
BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does RESOLVE as follows;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That on August 1, 1973 the City Council did authorize Hard-
Match" General Funds for the C.C.C.J. Grant be taken out of
the unappropriated surplus in the amount of $18,516.00; and
b) That on September 19, 1975 the City Council did authorize a
Community Service Agreement with Rio Hondo College for a
60-hour Advanced Officer Training Course for 10 officers at
5150.00 totaling $1,500.00; and
c) That on December 21, 1975 the City Council did authorize a
refund to Bo-Bo's for payment of entertainment fee charge
which could not be processed due to zoning in the amount of
$180.00; and
d) That on January 2, 1974 the City Council did authorize the
purchase of four 4) portable dictators and one 1) trans-
criber and tapes for use by the Police Department in their
patrol reporting program in the amount of $l,8l4.66; and
e) That on March 6, 1974 the City Council did authorize the
expenditure for training sixteen 16) Police Officers in
the amount of $9,920.00; and
f) That on April 17, 1974 the City Council did authorize the
purchase of data processing equipment to re-program the
current traffic records application and place on-line and
process and convert prior years' traffic files and place
on-line for the Police Department in the amount of $6,049.78;
and
g) That on April 17, 1974 the City Council did authorize the
purchase of six 6) additional police vehicles in the amount
of $24,599.46; and
h) That on August 15, September 19 and December 19, 1975 the
City Council did authorize the agreement with the Baldwin
Park Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $18,500.00; and
i) That during fiscal year 71-72 the City Council did authorize
an agreement with Development Research Associates and be-
cause study was not completed, billing payment was not made
nor encumbered until fiscal year 75-74 in the amount of
$2,000.00.
SECTION 2. That to accomodate the foregoing expenditures it is
necessary to amend?the 1975-74 Budget as hereinafter set forth:

SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy thereof to the Director
of Finance.
