A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING
THE APPLICATION FOR STATE GRANT FUNDS
DELTA MOTORCYCLE PARK/WALNUT CREEK RE-
CREATION AREA PROJECT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
authorize the City Manager of the City of Baldwin Park or his duly
authorized representative to submit an OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE FUND grant
application by the City of Baldwin Park to the State Department of
Parks and Recreation for Delta Motorcycle Park/Walnut Creek Recreation
Area as submitted by letter of intent dated August 30, 1974, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause certified copies thereof to be for-
warded to all interested parties.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this l8th day of September 1974,
