A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING THAT
THE ACTIONS OF THE CITY HAVE BEEN IN
COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI OF THE
UNITED STATES CODE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT
OF 1964 AS AMENDED AND ALL OTHER
ANCILARY ACTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park finds that the actions of the City have been in compliance
with the Title VI of the United States Code Civil Rights Act
of 1964, as amended, and all other ancilary acts.
SECTION 2. That the City of Baldwin Park will comply
with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 PL 88-352) and
all requirements imposed by or pursuant to that title, to the
end that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, or
national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied
the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination
under any program or activity for which the City of Baldwin
Park receives federal financial assistance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November, 1974.
