A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SUBMIT A REQUEST TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
COMMISSION FOR AN ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FROM
THE CROSSING PROTECTION FUND RAMONA BOULE-
VARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Baldwin Park Is hereby
directed and Instructed to file. on behalf of the City, the necessary documents
requesting an allocation of funds from the Public Utilities Commission for cross-
ing protection devices at the Intersection of the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company's right of way at Ramona Boulevard.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall cause a copy of the same to be sent to the Mayor.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December
1974.
