TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
HOUSING AND FINANCE AUTHORITY AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council, Community
Redevelopment Agency and Housing and Finance Authority is hereby called to be held on
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2004, at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue,
Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting business in accordance with the
attached Agenda.
NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSI

Meeting of the Baldwin Park City Council, Community Redevelopment Agency and Housing and
Finance Authority to be held Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber,
14403 E. Pacific Ave., Baldwin Park, CA, to be delivered via email hard copy to follow) to each
Council, Agency and Board Member, and the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, and that I posted said
notice at the two City Hall bulletin boards and at the Community Center on Thursday, March 11,
