A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C âéZ†A BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREF¡öVéShe City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as ¦œß¦ps:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finartce Di27Ò¦u does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to. and to the
Ê4Ç kability lf funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period fromJƒŸKä05 through 3-15-75
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as requireBPìÄ
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $59,215.86.
SÙPØ3†I 3. That General Warrant Numbers 2024
through 2113 inclusive, in the tot›Ý±¤hunt of $649,793.88
constituting the claims and gemands against the City of Baldwin Park
üvâ éeeen presented to the City Council, as required by law. and
the same are hereby approved.
