A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 75-20 RELATING TO
FEES AND CHARGES
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The fee schedule for street benches" as shown
upon page 5 of Exhibit A to City of Baldwin Park City Council
Resolution No. 75-20 is hereby amended as follows:
CODE PROPOSED
SECTION DESCRIPTION FEE
6024 Street Benches
Permit filing and processing fee $5»00/bench/year
Bench removals by City $25.00 each
Bench storage by City-maximum 60 days $5.00/week/each
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May
1975.
