A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 74-68 RELATING TO CERTAIN BUDGETARY
APPROPRIATIONS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find. determine and declare that certain expenditures were
required and authorized during the 1974-75 fiscal period; and
SECTION 2. That to accommodate said expenditures it is necessary
to amend the 1974-75 Budget as follows:

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy thereof to the Director
of Finance.
