A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TOE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT LOCATION:
4105 AND 4107 NORTH MAINE AVENUE?
APPLICANTS AUDRY TAYLOR; CASE NO.
CP-215)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find and determine:
a) That the Planning Commission held a duly
noticed public hearing on an application for a
conditional use permit to conduct dancing in con-
junction with a cocktail bar in the C-2 Zone; and
b) That the property on which said conditional
use permit relates is located at 4105 and 4107 North
Maine Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
Lot 90 of Tract-7541, as per Map recorded in
Book 90, Pages 93 and 94 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder.
c) That the Planning Commission granted said
application, and thereafter a timely appeal was filed,
appealing the Planning Commission's decision to the
City Council; and that the City Council held a duly
noticed hearing on said matter, and found that the
facts, required by Section 9473 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, were not present, and that the appli-
cation should, therefore, be denied.
SECTION 2. That the conditional use permit, as described
above, is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall forward a copy thereof
to the applicant and the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 1975.
