A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 75-45 AND ADOPTING A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE /\ND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 5-16-75 through 5-31-75
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $62,916.58.
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 2531
through 2726 inclusive, in the total amount of $114,519.97
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Par^
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved,
SECTION 4. Resolution No. 75-45 is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of July, 1975.
