A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT TO SELL BEER AND WINE AND TO
HAVE DANCING AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT IN THE
C-2 ZONE AT 14102 EAST RAMONA BOULEVARD
CASE NO. CP-217; APPLICANT: ARMANDO G.
BOJORQUEZ)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find and determine:
a) That the Planning Commission held a duly noticed
public hearing on an application for a conditional use per-
mit to allow live entertainment including dancing, in con-
junction with a beer and wine license in the C-2 Zone; and
b) That the property on which said conditional use
permit relates is located at 14102 East Ramona Boulevard,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as:
Lots 1. 2, 16, 17 and 18 and portions of 19, 20, 21
and 22 of La Rica Tract, as per Map recorded in Book
49, Page 48 of Maps in the office of the County Re-
corder of said County and a portion of Lot 37, Tract
899 as per Map recorded in Book 18. Page 95 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
c) That the Planning Commission granted said application,
and thereafter a timely appeal was filed, appealing the Plan-
ning Commission's decision to the City Council; and
d) That the City Council held a duty noticed hearing
on said matter, and found that the facts, required by Section
9473 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, were not present,
and that the application should, therefore, be denied.
SECTION 2. That the conditional use permit application, as described
above, be, and the.same hereby is denied.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall forward a copy thereof to the applicant and the
Secretary of the Planning Commission.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1975.
