A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK COMMENDING THE
COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT AND URGING CITIZEN
SUPPORT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, for some time now citizens of this city have
been endeavoring to establish a Community Center for the
betterment of the community and for the use of the citizens
hereof; and,
WHEREAS, these efforts will result in a positive
contribution to the betterment of the quality of life for
our citizens; and,
WHEREAS, the efforts of those dedicated citizens who
are promoting the Community Center deserve commendation and
the support of the citizenry;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Park as follows:
1. The efforts of those citizens promoting
the Community Center are hereby commended.
2. All citizens of the City of Baldwin Park
are hereby urged to support these efforts.
3. The City Council hereby endorses the
Community Center proposal.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
