PUBLIC NOTICE
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held May 5, 2004, the
Baldwin Park City Council introduced for first reading, proposed Ordinance No. 1234,
which if approved, will approve and adopt Amendment 2004 to the Redevelopment Plan
for the Central Business District Redevelopment Project Area; and Ordinance No. 1235,
which if approved, will amend Section 97.5 to Title IX of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
relating to blinder racks.
The City Council will consider adoption of said ordinance at their meeting to be
held May 19, 2004, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue,
Baldwin Park.
A complete copy of the ordinance may be reviewed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin
Park at 14403 E. Pacific Avenue. Baldwin Park, California.

PUBLIC NOTICE
SUMMARY OF APPROVED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held May 5, 2004, the
Baldwin Park City Council unanimously voted to adopt Ordinance No. 1233, which will
amend Chapter 118 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code relating to massage
establishments.
Said ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.
A complete copy of the ordinances may be reviewed in the Office of the City Clerk of the
City of Baldwin Park at 14403 Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California.
