A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 75-48
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare that the following expenditure is
required; and
SECTION 2. That to accommodate said expenditure it is necessary
to amend the 1974-75 Budget as adopted by Resolution No. 75-48, as
follows:

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy thereof to the Director
