That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference, marked Exhibit A", is a classification plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2201 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Nonexempt", Classified Exempt" and Unclassified Exempt" positions in such employ. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof'to the City Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the Personnel Board.
