A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING AND ADDING
TO RESOLUTION NO. 75-20 RELATING TO FEES
AND CHARGES SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT FEES,
SUBDIVISIONS. PARCEL MAPS AND BOUNDARY
LINE ADJUSTMENTS)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The fee schedule for Sewer Connection Permit Fees"
as shown upon pages 6 and 7 of Exhibit A" to City of Baldwin Park City
Council Resolution No, 75-20 is hereby amended as set forth on the attached
Exhibit A".
SECTION 2. That the filing and processing fees for Subdivisions,
Parcel Maps and Boundary Line Adjustments shall be in accordance with the
attached Exhibit A" and such fees shall be added to the Fee Schedule adopted
by Resolution No. 75-20.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September
1975.
