A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REQUESTING
PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Be It resolved, that the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General
Services of the State of California,, to purchase supplies and equipment as
needed for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant to Section 14814
of the Government Code, and that Robert R. Mitchell, City Manager, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin
Park.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution, and shall forward copies hereof to the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 1975.
