A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 75-20 COMMERCIAL REFUSE FRANCHISE FEE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 75-20 shall be amended
by adding to Exhibit A as follows:

SECTION 2.

That said fee shall become effective
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify as
to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same
