A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO VACATE THAT CERTAIN
WALKWAY BETWEEN BENHAM AVENUE AND
LA RICA AVENUE 75-V-1)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that
certain walkway between Benham Avenue and La Rica Avenue. In the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown
on that certain map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said City, being designated as No. 75-V-1 and to which reference is hereby
made for further particulars, said area proposed for vacation is described
as follows:
PARCELS A and B as shown on Map 75-V-1.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of
Section 50430 of the Government Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the 17th day of December,
1975, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at the City Hall
located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue. City of Baldwin Park. County of Los
Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for hearing a11
persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices of the
proposed vacation to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 50411 of the
said Government Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November_____.
