A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING
FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES IN
PREPARING AND ADMINISTERING THE 1976-1977
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park to make an application for Community Development Block Grant monies;
and
WHEREAS, certain expenses win be incurred by City employees and/or
consultants to the City prior to receipt of Community Development Block
Grant monies in administering the preparation of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said expenses shall be considered
reimbursable from the Community Development Block Grant monies for the
fiscal year 1976 1977.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1975.
