A RESOLUTION OF THI: CITY COUNCIL OF THI
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE VACA-
TION OF THAT CERTAIN WALKWAY BETWEEN
BENHAM AVENUE AND LA RICA AVENUE.(75-V-1)
WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Public Service
Easements Vacation Law", the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park did,
on the 19th day of November, 1975, adopt its Resolution of Intention No.
75-92, declaring its intention to vacate a certain walkway easement in
the City of Baldwin Park. County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
shown as Parcels A and B on Map 75-V-1.
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly published and notice
of an easement vacation duly posted, all in the form, place, time and manner
required by law; and
WHEREAS, this City Council, at the hearing designated by said Resolu-
tion of Intention, on the 17th day of December. 1975, heard alt of the evi-
dence offered in relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and ORDER, as follows:
SECTION 1. That said certain walkway easement, shown as Parcels A
and B on Map 75-V-1, not being needed for present or prospective public use,
and therefore the same be and are hereby, vacated for public use.
SECTION 2. That the City Ucrk is hereby directed to certify to the
passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof, attested
by her under the seal of the City to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December 975

The northerly 6 feet of Lot 6, Tract No. 26625, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California
as per map recorded in Book 685, Pages 75-76 of Maps in the
office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL B
The northerly 6 feet of the westerly 157.32 feet of the
easterly 167.32 feet of, the north'west one quarter of the
southwest one quarter of the northeast one quarter of
Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 10 West of the San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to the official
plat of said land filed in the District Land Office.
