A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMAND AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park. DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to
the accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That General Warrant Number 3961 in the
total amount of $492.90 constituting a claim and demand against
the City of Baldwin Park, has been presented to the City Council,
as required by law, and the same is hereby approved.
