Home My WebLink About1975 104 CC RESO1975 104 CC RESO;¢fì÷,RESOLUTION NO. 75-104 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON THE 2ND DAY OF MARCH, 1976 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 75-96, the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and qualified electors and residents of said City and of their respective voting precincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their respective voting precincts and tney shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided by law. That attached hereto, marked Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full, are the polling places for the re- spective precincts at the places named on said Exhibit A", and that the persons named on said Exhibit A" are hereby appointed as officers of said election. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately. PASSED.
