A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Traffic
Committee of the City of Baldwin Park and Section 3193 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed
to install signs prohibiting curb parking between the hours of 6:00 p.m.
and 5:00 a.m. at the following locations:
On both sides of Bess Avenue between Leorita Street
and Baldwin Park Boulevard.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works shall take the
necessary steps to cause notice of said restrictions to be given by
the appropriate signs and curb painting.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Director of
Public Works.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December
1975.
