A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER OR DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO ACCEPT AND APPROVE PARCEL MAP
AGREEMENTS PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS AND THE
PAYMENT OF ALL BILLS FOR LABOR AND
MATERIALS IN THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, by a general
resolution, desires to authorize an officer or agent of the City to accept
Parcel Map agreements pertaining to the construction of offsite improvements
and the payment of all bills for labor and materials:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or Director of Public Works of the
City of Baldwin Park is hereby authorized to accept and approve Parcel Map
agreements pertaining to the construction of offsite improvements and the
payment of all bills for labor and materials in the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and forward copies hereof to the City Manager and Director
of Public Works.
