AWARD OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE PREPARATION OF A NATURAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN Recommendation: 1) Award the consultant services Agreement to Dimensions Unlimited in the amount of $32,625 for the preparation of a Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan; 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement; 3) Authorize the Interim Finance Director to appropriate $17,625 from the Self-Insurance Fund to cover the outstanding cost of the consultant on this project; and 4) Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to exceed ten percent 10%) of the original contract amount.
