RESOLUTION NO. 76-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS. NO PARK,
SYRACUSE AVENUE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Traffic
Committee of the City of Baldwin Park, and pursuant to Section 3193
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Director of Public Works is
hereby instructed to install curb parking prohibition signs and curb
painting at the following locations:
1. On the easterly side of Syracuse Avenue
from the beginning of the curb return
at the Syracuse Avenue and Ramona Boul-
evard intersection southerly a distance
of 80 feet.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works shall take the
necessary steps to cause notice of said restrictions to be given by
the appropriate signs and curb painting.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Director of
Public Works.
