A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA.
NAMING THE AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL TO
EXECUTE APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950. AS AMENDED
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, that the following named individual is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Baldwin
Park. a public entity established under the laws of the State
of California, applications and documents for the purpose of
obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense
Act of 1950, as Amended, Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50
U.S.C. 2251-2297) /-D /)

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution and the same shall thereupon take
effect and be in force.
